Design Process & Cost

1. Site visit and consultation to assess scope and design cost.
2. Obtain copies of existing site plans from the client.
3. Prepare a Landscape Master Plan that will clearly indicate the design and layout of all hardscape and softscape areas to develop. Hardscape materials will be suggested along with locations for trees, shrubs, perennials, groundcovers, and bulbs. Suggestions for drainage will be included.
4. Meet to review the final master plan.
5. Final adjustments and construction cost estimate.
