Prepare a Landscape Master Plan that will clearly indicate all hardscape and softscape areas to accomplish the schematic design goals. Hardscape materials will be suggested along with locations for trees, shrubs, perennials, groundcovers, and bulbs. Suggestions for drainage will be included.
