Scott Mondor
Construction Estimating & Management
Scott moved from Houston to Austin in 1998. He has 14 years of experience in all aspects of landscaping – including landscape design, retaining walls, erosion control and irrigation. When clients work with him, he wants them to think of him as knowledgeable, friendly, creative and trustworthy. He has been married for 4 years and is the proud daddy of a 16 month old little boy. He enjoys bow hunting, fishing and spending time with his growing family – they have one more on the way!
Maegan Lowe
Office Manager
Maegan has over 7 years of experience as an office manager and project coordinator. Her industry experience ranges from commercial real estate and commercial construction to residential and commercial landscaping. She has a strong desire to provide excellent customer service to achieve customer satisfaction. Her education includes a BS in Marketing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and a Certificate in Marketing from High Plains Institute of Technology. Maegan has a 5 year old son and enjoys attending his sporting activities.
Dean Lackey
Construction Supervisor
Dean is a licensed irrigator, master gardener, creative landscape designer and father of 5. He wants his customers to be ecstatic with their final product and is passionate about making sure it is a beautiful one! In his spare time he loves to cook and play with his grandchildren.
Michelle Sykes
Account Development
Michelle grew up in San Diego but has lived in Texas for the last 17 years. She is married with one child, a dog and two cats. Michelle understands that each project is unique, and she works hard to meet the individual needs of every one of our clients. She treats each property with meticulous care, and makes every customer’s complete satisfaction her daily goal! Working as a property manager in the apartment industry for over 10 years has given her great insight into the needs and goals of her clients.
